Wow! I just stumbled over this story and had to read it all at once, hoo indeed! That was perfect, so sweet, all this built-up, and so typically Sheldon in denial... just loved it!:-)

Loved the idea that Sheldon innocently sleeping on the couch with Amy resulted in his not getting a good night’s sleep without her in his arms. His struggle to come accept this and then trying to arrange it again without her knowing, though if fact she did – Vixen indeed

Oh – their first kiss under the table and his admittance that he needed her to sleep was delightful as was his increasing awareness of his feelings for Amy, their growing intimacy and finally his wish to keep it a secret so that they could excuse themselves every time the ‘urge’. Really Dr Cooper

I really did enjoy this story

Oooh, I like Penny's plan here at the end of the chapter! I can't wait to see what it entails! It's so sweet that Amy and Sheldon fell asleep together again, and so nice that he didn't freak out again except, of course, when Leonard walked into the apartment which prompted I think my favorite line of this chapter upon Sheldon's question to Leonard of what he should do -"Only thing you can do, Sheldon. Have to make her live here."-Priceless! I laughed right out loud when I read it! I'm so glad Amy called Penny to get help. It was cute she waited until eleven to call her, following the rule Sheldon always followed to avoid getting "punched in the throat"! Good job remembering that one time line. I love remembrances like that! Now I look forward to what's about to happen next! It ought to be pretty interesting, especially if it leads to what Penny referred to in this line..."And eventually you'll be keeping him up all night." -And what fun that will be! Can't wait! Nicely done chapter, especially the part of them waking up together, which is always nice, under ANY circumstances! ;)

Oh, this is fun! I love that again he was only able to sleep with her next to him, besides, under him! LOL! Wonderful! This premise is really going to make for some fun times ahead, too! I can already see them coming! I think it's really cute that Sheldon honestly questioned Amy about possibly drugging him so he couldn't sleep, putting her on a path for the Nobel Prize ahead of him. Just the absurdity of it is whimsically funny, but it sounds exactly like some preposterous scenario Sheldon would dream up in his over active imagination! I think it's great that the girls let her in on what Leonard had told the guys about Sheldon cuddling up to Amy the first time they fell asleep together on the couch. It's too bad she didn't believe Penny and Bernie, but it's certainly understandable. Her reaction is just about what I'd expect her to say and do. I look forward to how she becomes convinced though. Cute and clever chapter! I am excited to read what happens next! On a final note, I loved the acknowledgment of their quirkiness in this line-The quirky couple leaned back on the couch before letting the show envelope their minds.-It's so cute and fun that they would get so excited about a documentary on spider monkeys! They really are made for each other, and this story is illustrating that point perfectly! Nice job! :)

Oh, boy! That was a cliffhanger, wasn't it?! Poor Sheldon! I hope he really gets to the heart of the matter now. Thankfully, Leonard got him thinking in the right direction. It was funny though that Sheldon was thinking Amy was to blame in other ways like slipping him something to keep him awake, which led to this line, my favorite of this chapter..."Regardless of my sleep pattern, she wouldn't beat me to a Nobel Prize."-Very cute, very funny, and very "Sheldonian." That made me laugh right out loud. I can't wait until Sheldon finally realizes the real reason he can't sleep! It ought to be pretty interesting, for sure, especially how he intends to "fix" the problem. A fun chapter! Looking forward to more! :)

What a delightful chapter! I love so many things contained within it, starting with Leonard trying to get Sheldon to see that his cuddling Amy in the night was no big deal, and of course, Sheldon's outraged remarks, so comical. Then I loved Sheldon watching Amy in her lab, especially as he had these thoughts-He couldn't help the smile, though, that spread across his face as he admired his girlfriend. She always looked nice to him, but there was something about her in her lab coat that made him feel- what, exactly? Happy? Satisfied? Excited?-So lovely! I always thought it was special for us, the audience, seeing Amy in her lab coat, too, as that's when we truly get to see her as an accomplished scientist in her own right and every bit Sheldon's equal. I always consider it a special treat to see her in her work environment for that reason. Though Sheldon won't seem to recognize why he enjoys seeing her in that environment, dressed that way, I'm sure that is part of the thrill for him. It was cute, too, how he helped her with Monty, and it was really wonderful how their text "conversation" ending with her calling him "Cuddles"! So delightful! I always loved that nickname she gave him that one time! It definitely should have gotten more use over the years. The absolute best part of this chapter though was him remembering exactly how he had cuddled with her the night before. I'm not sure what a patella is, but from the rest of the description of his memory of it, I have a pretty good idea, and it's great that he was touching it, so great! Oh, if only they'd be caught cuddling like that just one time on the show, it would be sheer heaven! At any rate, I can't wait to see what he does about his insomnia next. It ought to be pretty interesting! In any case, thank you for this lovely, little chapter! It was quite enjoyable, and so nicely done! Great job! :)

I always loved this story. The build up to intimacy is perfection. Sex scenes amazing. I love that they are so into each other. Very IC for Sheldon to deny is feelings for Amy. Great story that I've read numerous times. Loved it every time.

Oh, this is delightful! I love it when people fall asleep apart and wake up close and cuddling, especially when those people are Sheldon and Amy! I can't wait to see how this further disturbs Sheldon! It was so cute and funny how Leonard let Sheldon know how he found them when he came home. It reminded me of when Sheldon had woken up with the geology book and claimed that nothing happened, and Leonard had said, "I don't know; I heard you reading pretty loudly last night! That line always cracks me up, and his whole demeanor here with Sheldon cracks me up, as well. Neat that the memory came back to Amy, too, in the shower, and with the full realization that Sheldon had voluntarily cuddled her though he had been asleep at the time. The image of that scene of those two on the couch like that is worth a million! Can't wait to read more! This story is off to a very promising and entertaining start! Great job! :)
