Reviews for Running with the Weasley Twins
Angelbaby1231 chapter 9 . 3/14/2015
This is so adorable, even though my heart still breaks every time I remember Lupin and Tonks and Fred and everyone else who died. :( Still, I love this story.
solitaireclay07 chapter 9 . 7/2/2014
AHHHH IT IS SO CUTE I AM SO HAPPY. I didn't expect the epilogue so soon either. This was a wonderful surprise.

I know how you feel about wanting to write more too. I always look ahead to the next generation and just think about all of the cute possibilities and then I just imagine everything (and end up unfortunately not writing it).

Once again, thank you so much for writing this. I love Cathy and how you made her your own character inspired by my story. You're awesome.
solitaireclay07 chapter 8 . 6/30/2014
YOU FINISHED IT. I'm so happy!

I've got to admit, I was a bit surprised when you didn't kill Cathy. I guess I'm just really used to killing my main characters. But I wasn't surprised at all about Ivy. I kind of expected that you would kill her in this story since you let her live to have a daughter. I just had that feeling that she wouldn't stay around after the war after Remus went too.

But this is so beautifully written and I'm so glad you asked me if you could write it.

I SAY YES TO THE EPILOGUE.

Update! Pretty please:)
solitaireclay07 chapter 7 . 1/15/2014
Should I be worried about where this story is going? I feel like I should. I keep about where it's going and getting really nervous. This must be how it felt for all of my readers of NSMW. Why did I ever torture them like this?!

This chapter just made me think that everyone is going to die. And now I'm nervous.

And yes, you should post to HPFF! They're very stingy with their rules though so I really don't like the site myself but you should!
solitaireclay07 chapter 6 . 1/14/2014
So.

This is my favorite chapter yet. Opening with defining the George and Cathy relationship made me really nervous it was going to be just a dream, but it wasn't and I was so giddy.

I also love the way Sirius and Cathy interact. I appreciate that the whole "hey, you're my dad so we'll be best buddies forever and ever" is not a factor here. It would make no sense and I knew you're too good of a writer to fall into the cliche, but still, it's so refreshing to see them both so hesitant. Perfect.

AND THE SMALL BITS OF SIRIUS AND IVY. I AM SHIPPING MY OWN SHIP.

I forgot about Dumbledore's Army. I don't know why but I was so excited to see that Cathy is a part of it. I also love that, although her and George are together, it isn't all just unicorns and rainbows and snogging and such with them. The little moments are enough. And I love those little moments. I'm kind of obsessed with the whole "I did that" and "I helped" bit. I may have kept rereading it during work. That whole scene. THAT WHOLE SCENE. I AM FANGIRLING OVER YOUR STORY. JUST SO YOU KNOW.

And Ivy dueling in the battle and seeing Sirius die and my heart and I can't take anymore. I'm dead myself. I'm on the ground crying.

Wow, I'm literally flailing now. I will now compose myself to say that I really did love this chapter and it actually made me go back and read my own AU story I started. I may like your idea better. Oops. (Good for you!)

Update soon. (Please?)

I had to logout so I can review this twice. I'm on my phone at work right now and read he whole chapter while doing tedious work so thank you for the entertainment. Real review to come when I get home! (Spoiler: I loveddddd it.)
solitaireclay07 chapter 5 . 1/12/2014
I'm typing this on my phone since my laptop has given me a few troubles recently, so I apologize if this is sort of short.

But this is my favorite chapter yet. The Yule Ball, the Charlie side plot, the Georgeness! I was enthralled with this chapter.

I want to say so much more but I can't scroll back to the chapter on my phone. I'm looking forward to the next chapter like a mad person so UPDATE.
solitaireclay07 chapter 4 . 1/8/2014
It's not as sad as I expected this chapter to be! (Though I should just wait for two chapters from now, shouldn't I?) I love the sense of hope, especially at the end. I can see Cathy watching Ivy respond to the letters with a smile on her own face because of how happy everyone is. I don't want this story to get sad again (says the girl who wrote a depressing ending in the first place).

I also love how Cathy had a dream at the beginning. Very reminiscent of her mother.

Gah! I love this! Let me just dissolve in my puddle of feels now.
solitaireclay07 chapter 3 . 1/8/2014
This is so adorable and seriously, this story makes me so happy. Even the sad parts. And, although it does seem a bit rushed, I understand why it is. It would be end up too many chapters if you start adding in more and more (I learned that the hard way).

But I love it the way it is. The little interactions between Ivy and her daughter and even Ivy with other people make me smile. It's nice to see how you portray them.

Now, onto the next chapter!
solitaireclay07 chapter 2 . 1/5/2014
I like how these chapters are set up. It doesn't drag and it gives a nice, detailed scene before a summary of the rest of the year. That's a nice way of going throughout the years. I kind of wish I did that with Don't Stop Believing actually.

The way Cathy reacts with Harry is absolutely perfect. I wasn't really thinking about her second year when I was wondering where the story would go; instead, I thought about her fourth and sixth year. I completely forgot about what else would happen to her through Harry's world. This is great!
solitaireclay07 chapter 1 . 1/4/2014
Okay, so, when I said yes, go ahead, I didn't expect this level of writing and attention to detail and I am smiling like a loon.

This is great. I'm not saying that because it's based off of my story. I'm saying that because you have a talent for writing and you know how to use it. I think I'm most surprised that you remembered the whole Jane Austen name tradition. (Catherine Morland is, strangely enough, my favorite protagonist and Northanger Abbey is my favorite novel, so there's that.)

And the Weasley twins? I'm so intrigued. I've never written about them, so now I'm excited to see what you're going to do. This is like a whole new adventure for me.

If you have any questions, you know where to find me. Amazing job.
