Wonderful! Recently the show has felt very bleak, but your story neatly captures the sly teasing and good-natured humor that I liked so much in earlier seasons. I'll have to go and see what else you've written for our entertainment-I hope you've plenty more ideas percolating.

A quirky and entertaining fic... chapter two was an absolute hoot- I could totally picture Reese's consternation in that scene; Harold calling Shaw for an 'extraction', and finally Shaw on Broadway- a delightfully fun fic

Even though I'm kind of enjoying the drama on the show, I still wouldn't mind to see some humorous banter between John and Harold - like you have written here - to return.

What a fabulous start! I'm really excited for this one. Almost didn't't want to stop to review, but I have to tell you I thought this was very well written. Excellent background and introduction of characters. It's easy with POI fics to just brush over the details of a number case and just focus on our beloved character's from the show but you've really done an excellent job setting the stage here. And Finch and Reese are written spot on as well. After last night's episode I was in desperate need of something like this. Not too happy about where things are headed with the show. I miss season one and two with the typical Finch and Reese number case episodes. I know a lot of people don' t agree but I miss the humour and lighter aspects of the show.

hmm...this epilogue closes the story very fine. That's an ending I wish we had on TV! It's much appreciated. :)
