On Icha Icha, I feel like Kakashi reads lots of different books, but puts the Icha Icha jacket on them to disguise them, perhaps because of whats in the books themselves, or perhaps like you said, just to get a reaction.

This was so perfect I'm glad you wrote it. I was sad in TT when the test got glossed over because I actually wanted to read it. Although I admit it wouldn't have flowed well with the overall story but im glad I still got to read it!

This chapter was beautiful. Kakashi is bae and I actually agree with your viewpoint! Aside from the fact it's my understanding that the Sanidame forbade Kakashi and his teammates from talking to Naruto didn't he? Or something like that... I'm not actually sure.

as in the bystander effect? i thought that mostly applies to strangers. but here, we have a load of people who in/directly owe their lives to Minato, and a handful that's personally close to him... i thought the Sandaime forbidding them to contact Naruto thing would be more plausible, but your explanation makes sense too. i'm just gonna pass off the canon situation as one of Kishimoto's very many plot holes. anyway, i love TT and just your writing in general. i especially love your portrayal of team 7; the introduction was just too cute, though i wish you had showed the bell test. an omake, maybe? ah, it's too much to hope for since it's been ages since you last updated TT.

Ah I never thought of that. It's cool how you managed to find an explanation all on your own. I mean a part of me had a feeling he thought himself unqualified, he was in ANBU and dealing with major PTSD, but I didn't think he had a superstition that everyone close to him was going to die, or at least it didn't occur to me to make that an explanation on why he didn't adopt Naruto. I also think Naruto would probably be too much of a handful for him to watch while he's also an ANBU officer, I mean the kid could get himself in real trouble, if Sasuke got himself hurt a lot even when his family was alive, Naruto must have been much more worse! hehe that orphanage lady must have had a hard time, but then she treats him like crap so she probably deserved it, and the store venders and everyone in the village ostrasizing Naruto like that, with someone with Naruto's disposition, and even someone not as sensitive and emotional as Naruto, it must have been pretty hard living with a lot of people hating you for no reason. I haven't found a lot of fics that gets too much into it aside from fics that strives to save Naruto from that somehow by having someone adopt him somehow...

I love whenever your Kakashi makes bservations about the kids reminding him of puppies, totally adorable. Lol at the hand on Kakashi's waistband. I am you wrote this, I am super fond of time travel docs because I want to see how else things could've happened, Team 7 teamwork always makes me happy.

This was a good chapter with appearances from Kakashi, Pakkun and German. Kakashi's thoughts about Naruto's eyes made me warm up to him. Thank you for writing this.

Nice. A very sweet scene. I love your other crack scenes too - I have a lot of trouble reasoning with myself about including crack in a story when I write. It's just so satisfying to read, but alas, it would detract from the gravity of the story.
