Yes, the 'bromance' had was gone nearly every episode the entire season. Do you know why? Because they promoted Michelle Borth (Catherine Rollins) up to a series regular. And when that happened, it seemed like to me that Danny was cast aside in favorite of her. It was like she was Steve's partner; not Danno. So because of that, there was no bromance, snarking, and to my disappointment, hardly any 'carguments'. So to say the least, I was happy to hear that she wasn't returning for Season 5. (Although, I've gotten chewed out by a couple of writers who were pro-Catherine when I mentioned this. They were very, very touchy about the subject) Again, great fic. :) Although, I agree with Danny, I think Steve is an adrenalin junkie.

I've been missing the bromance, too. Looking back, both season 2 & 3 started off with very little Danny/Steve moments and usually by mid season, 'The Boys' were back. I'm hoping this is the same for season 4.

It's a good thing we have FanFiction, because yes, the 'think' between Steve and Danny is sorely missing this season. Scott Caan has been gone too much and now Grover is being over used and too Danny-like.

I agree with you! So he has claustrophobia...now what? It seemed like he was pretty okay in that storage building in the Japanese Internment Camp episode for a guy who was too nervous to go into some tunnels. Great story, by the way! Some freaks skoodilypooping in the room next store woke me and Mitch up so we decided to browse our new stories. Found this and LOVED it! As always :)

Yes, yes, yes - I am missing the "thing" between our boys. While I don't have anything against Catherine or Chi McBride or the guest stars, my issue is that they take away from the bromance. I like your idea that the boys trusted each other with their deepest fears - that is a whole 'nother level of trust. I am still looking forward to the one heavy duty bromance episode that Peter Lenkov has said is still to come this season...
