| Len chapter 4 . 10/8/2002 What an ending! This was certainly suspenseful, and I adored every moment. I'd also like to give you kudos for not having Monk shoot Kevin. Part of the reason I love Adrian Monk so much is he has the moral highground at all time, and I really enjoy the crimes being solved non-violently. However, the idea that Adrian was obviously willing to shoot the guy shows not only his police training, but also suggests that he has recovered a great deal. Okay, so I've expressed myself badly here. What I mean is that Monk is a hero without all the sterotypical "heroics", but it always gives me a little thrill to see him doing the macho thing. As he did here. Lovely work, lovely A/S interaction, and a fascinating look into Sharona's past. Well done. Next story, please? ~Len |
