Somewhere where anime characters go when they die, Maes Hughes is beaming down proudly at his little girl(and realizing how he should have burned the pictures involving his bet with Roy). This is so cute and sweet, I wish it was canon(actually I think I'll make it a head-canon). Please keep up the cuteness!

*cackles!* This is absolutely brilliant! Truly, Elysia is her father's daughter. I wonder if she'll take up fanatical photography herself. She certainly knows how to keep (and terrorize) an audience ;) And, all of the photos/anecdotes are just perfect. Especially the swan dress and Hughes running around with Ed on his back. Love it!

This is the most adorable thing I have read in a long time. I thought it was going top be really sad because how could Father's Day WITHOUT HUGHES be anything but utterly heartbreaking. But it wasn't. It was so sweet and I was laughing by the time I got to the end. Because Hughes was /such a good father/ that that stuck around after he was gone. That tradition was still there and thank heaven he was always taking pictures because now even though Elysia hadn't seen him in forever, she sees him everywhere and knows him and understands what he was like and just how much he loved her because HOW COULD SHE NOT WHEN SHE SEES THE STACKS OF PHOTOS.

Also, I love that she's inherited his mania for it.

And the milk story. And all of the background stories to these pics were perfect. The swan dress. Pfffft.
