I don’t get the part about the ambulance transport. Ambulances aren’t mandatory when a person is discharged from the hospital. He isn’t as physically unwell or fragile enough to need one.

Did tony pay for some extra care package that includes ambulance transport or is it because this is a hero related case so the ambulance transport is like necessary?
