Tobias treated Tris poorly when he took her virginity, knowing he intended to leave her. He was dishonest about his intentions, leading her on. I think there are some things that Tobias should feel very sorry for doing, and the fact that he doesn't seem sorry is a poor reflection on his character. He owes Tris an apology at the very least!
