I know this was written a few years ago but I have only just found this site. There was always so much more to explore in the Mulder/Scully relationship around the cancer arc and their love, devotion and care for each other. You have done it amazingly here. I have been so enthralled by your writing, I was unable to put this down and read through the night. Thank you.

Wonderful angst.

I haven't reviewed a story on fanfiction for many a years - but you deserve praise for this. The way you write is wonderful, ad the way you wrote the nuances and subtleties of Scully and Mulder's relationship without outright saying anything.. Flawless. The character's tones are perfect, and I wish I could make this canon for all the frustrations at the end of the fourth season. Wonderful!

This was amazing! Intense and angsty, but that's the amazing part. Really felt for them and loved that last image of them on the swing. :D

I finished reading this last night and didn't get a chance to review. I loved this story, and I demand you write more XF fics because you're brilliant in them. You get the characters and the atmosphere perfectly. That final image of them on the swing was particularly sweet.

Good chapter, that dialogue at the session was really intense. I loved how it sort of referred back to Irrisistible with Scully's fear of letting him down. That conversation at the end was just the sweetest. Just a slight inaccuracy, Mulder was at Mrs. Scully's house one more time before - in Wetwired, when Scully pointed the gun at him, remember?

"I'm so scared I'm going to lose her" - was my favorite line. Absolutely heartbreaking. Thank goodness we know how this one ends!

One thing I noticed before but forgot to mention: I don't know if it's the site or what, but different sections in each chapter are not viewed as sections and that's a little confusing. Just so you know xoxo

Love this. That little moment they had in the middle of this chapter was very sweet. You do angst and romance well. Well, not romance, but... you know what I mean :)

This is very good and very well written. Both Mulder and Scully are really in-character and the dialogue could have easily fit a scene from the series. I loved George Hale and it's nice to see you're capable of pulling off a story that's considered more canon as well.

Oh yay, you've written another fic! I can't wait to see where this leads to, definitely reading on :)
