Great chapter. I was sad that Koyuki lost her child, I hope that she will have another. I really liked Kurai's interaction with Hanabi and the unique take on the Hyuga elders plotting, without it being the usual attempt to destroy the main couples happiness. I also liked the little bit of Naruto/Hinata. it's kind of sad that even with Naruto/Hinata not being as important you still did it better than the canon did. Anyways again great chapter and I look forward to the next chapter.

Great chapter. I really liked Naruto learning from Hinata, it's kind of unfortunate that it had to be so late in the game though. I do hope that you will develop it to it's full potential before everything is said and done. It was also interesting that Ryu senin chakra mixes well with Kurama's, it makes me wish thing had been reverse and Naruto was the dragon sage to see how things would have turned out.
It was sad that you killed Hanabi, despite the fact that she got resurrected. I am hoping that you could maybe insert a talk between Kurai and Naruto about Kurai's desire to kill Nagato and that he was thankful that Naruto talked him out of it. It is nice to see that in this case not take revenge is rewarded. Finally I loved Kurai's reunion with Hanabi, I know it was not drawn out and I'm thankful for that. It was still a very emotional moment and wonderfully done. I also happy that there are still at tops maybe six chapters left or four at the bottom, hopefully you will hit the top of that estimate. I say this despite being curious as to which story is winning in the polls. Anyways great chapter again and I am looking forward to seeing what happens next .

Edit. Either my login term expired before I send my review or I forgot to log back in after I got my internet back, I went a little over a week without internet due to moving to another apartment. Because of one of those things my comment came up as a guest review. I am going to resend this review so you know it was it was me.

I would like to add though that I don't think Kurai is a Gary Stu, he is the main character after all and the main character usually becomes very powerful, I really wonder why people don't realize this before accusing writers of making Gary Stu characters.
The only issue was that Naruto should have had an easier time defeating Pein, seeing as he is more powerful here than he was in canon, add to the fact that he had strong support with Kurai being presence at the battle. Take those two fact into account and I don't think Naruto would have been pinned down, neither would Kurai have been for that matter. But I understand that Naruto and Kurai had to be jobbers for the plot and to add drama with Hinata and Hanabi being forced to take action when their lovers were rendered helpless. Ending with the sisters promptly being destroyed and Hanabi temporarily dieing, which leads to Naruto and Kurai having their moment of righteous rage. Culminating in a emotional reunion at the end. If Naruto and Kurai did not go down that last part would not have been possible. Also this shows that Naruto and Kurai can be defeated. And for a third time I would like to say great chapter.
