Reviews for Impossible Love |
---|
![]() ![]() ![]() my (male) mage warden sided with the templars, but the female amell has quite a story that is only hinted at in the game |
![]() ![]() ![]() A very nice pairing. I've always been a fan of Cullen. Hopefully in Inquisition, he will be a possible love interest for the female. As always, great job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Okay, so... Review! The thing I like the most is how Cullen manages to cling to this very real optimism, all throughout. Even when things are at their very worst. I think that's a huge part of what makes it easy to define him as a good person, even when he hits rock bottom moments. And I think that this story feels very right. It's "emotionally true" as all good writing should be. Not a happily ever after love story, but a real one. The kind that makes a very big impact on the character, and the reader. It's a lot happening in not a huge amount of words, and I feel like I'm babbling, but just... the ripples that go out from watching, lives touching but not really connecting... it is the thing that pulls me in about that Cullen/Amell relationship. And it feels so much less fake than the kinds of stories where they just manage to be together, no complication. So basically... nice job. But you knew that ;) |
![]() ![]() ![]() ._. You make me a sad panda. *sighs and goes to sit in her dark corner* Hauntingly beautiful in how "simple" it is with the different scenes and glimpses and the way you push the story along. Very well done, as always :) |
![]() ![]() ![]() This was really cute :) Very sad in parts (as can only be expected in these types of situations), but I love the glimpse of hope that you leave us with at the end. I always love a good Cullen story! Nice job! |
![]() ![]() ![]() Thank you for the lovely story! I love that it has a touch of bittersweet along with a smidgen of hope at the end. Absolutely beautiful 3 |
![]() ![]() ![]() I love a good Solona and Cullen story :) The perfect tragic love affair, and the intro of Hawke at the end was good. |
![]() ![]() ![]() Oh, what a tragic end! I loved it! You know I love me a tragedy! This was beautifully written. |
