I forgot that the city ship upgrade of the control tower was like that of the city ship Atlantis.
Hey, with a little exploration, Amelius could find an Aurora-class battleship left be hind from the Lanteans.
Thinking back he should have an capable Warship to spy & fight the hive & replicators threats that will exists. He has technology surpassing the Lanteans & on par with the of Halo Forerunners.
Protoss are that good!

What Amelius needs is to build is a plant to be able to construct utility vessels and Warships soon ;he should construct an outpost near the facility housing his family for safety reasons. He is going to need all of this since the level of technology in his possession is on par with the Ori and Ancient Lanteans. In all honesty, his new civilization has potential to give the Ori a run for there money. The wrath hive are going to be alerted to this development & will stamp this off as soon as they find out; maybe even mass a few hive ships to destroy the population and restart it using other populations from other planets. Building a second control tower and making it a permeant base should be a later priority. Since he has made his first control tower a ship, a space capable ship at that, he should then install upgrades that give it offensive weaponry: primary, secondary, & point defense weaponry. With his first ship, he should do some exploration in the near by systems to scout for Hive activity or even make allies with SG-1 if you show choose, with SG-1 as allies they could finally know & understand the Lanteans from the knowledge in the city ship of Atlantis. The same Lanteans also known as the Ancestors who had also fallen to the hive before them. It will be learned that the hive was much more numerous than what they currently are 60s massive hive ships not counting the smaller cruisers the hive have: the to time to strike a divided recovering hive is within his life time to act!
Will Sam become Ameliu's assistant in managing and resources despite it being early in development?
Since he is the Executor, he more in control of the technology & the Collective then any other individual in his time. Also he should find way to have psi abilities like psi storm, & have a personal shield.
Lastly, he will probably see the option to build orbital space stations over his planet as time passes, it should shock him in its defensive effectiveness. Just my thoughts, this story of yours has great potential!

I don't think I've ever seen a version of Starcraft quite like this one. When I saw it was a Starcraft/Stargate-SGA crossover, I was expecting something a little different. But I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised! Keep up the good work! :)

I think you made a mistake with the ages for the academy floors. You have one that says eight to ten and then the next one says nine to eleven which means you have ages nine and ten on two floors. Did you mean to put the last floor as eleven to thirteen?
