I will always vote for a fem Gardevoir over a Gallade any day of the week, Shiny Mega Gardevoir is my 2nd fave mega, the first being a tie between Mega Charizard X and Shiny Mega Charizard Y, but that's not the point as you said you weren't doing the Mega's.

I'd still vote for Fem Gardevoir first and for most with a 2nd vote going to Milotic, but I think a fem Milotic, maybe a shiny, would be better for Dawn, it needs a High beauty to evolve, and it's honestly one of the best Contest Pokemon in appeals for its Beauty.

ya'know, technically, she's still only ten years old, I don't think that even in the Poke-world, that what Joanna, Joy and Delia were talking about would be legal. If harems are frowned upon, than pedophilia should still be illegal, I know it is irl, even if on Poke-Earth they use the excuse of Old enough to be a Trainer, Old enough to be an Adult and do adult things.

Something I never liked, Pokemon heroes are 10, Digimon heroes are 8 to 13, Harry Potter heroes are 11 but at least they age, Naruto heroes are 12, I mean come on! At least Gundam and Bleach, Code Geass and a number of others had the heroes at 15 at the youngest when they started.

It would be better if the trainers were like 13 or 14 when they start out, then Dawn would be 13 or 14, and Ash would be 17 or 18, it would be a bit less creepy.

not flaming you man, I like it, story's great so far. And Dawn never made me think "sexy jail-bait 10 year old", she looked a lot older in the anime, it's still kinda creepy though.

odd, a part of the point I made about Cynthia in the last chap was at the start of this one, and I made mentions of Serena in chap 1 and Leaf in chap 2, and here they are mentioned in the start of chap 3, odd.

The moon shard, I thought it was an everstone, still cool, Sun shard makes Espion if I remember right.
Also I think it might be a tad bit hard for Cynthia to be with Ash as anything more than friends or friends with benefits, granted I kinda like Lance x Cynthia, idk why, idk if they've ever even met, I just like the idea of the 2 champs being together.

As for another girl for a possible Ash x Harem, maybe Leaf Green, you could say that she was a childhood friend and was the trainer that got the Bulbasaur in ep 1 with Fire Red being the guy that got Charmander when Gary got Squirrel and Ash got Pikachu.

Or even Lightning Yellow a female trainer with a female Pikachu, might be funny.

I like where this is going, if you do go with a harem, I honestly would not mind, just please no loli's or Misty. I always thought May of Hoenn, Dawn of Sinnoh, Melody of the Orange Islands and Serena of Kalos were good girls for Ash.

Melody was I think his first kiss, she seemed to care for him as well, their whole interactions were adorable, that movie was one of my favorites.

Serena was, I think, his first ever friend, and she truly cared about and loved him, from what I saw.

As for May and Dawn, I love their rivalry and friendship, Ash was a mentor to them both in a way and I was always of the thought that a threesome between them would be not only very hot, but also extremely interesting and very much a relationship of 3 equal partners, they would have some problems but they would resolve it as well as adults.

Both of the author notes for this chap fully convinced me to definitely stop reading this fic...

Is a good story, but also has one of the reasons to stop reading it is the unnecessary romance while in fanfiction anything can be changed...Is supposed to be about a Pokemon journey about Ash improving along with his pokemons not a twilight version of Pokemon..

Can i just say i love Ash's Kanto team(s) bar Butterfree who could have been better but rather than ask his new mate to come with Ash it asked to be released so his potential will always be rather low (in my opinion) compared to what it could have been. Also great fic so far.
