I've just started to read your stuff and found it's very good. This story follows the song fairly well and the banter is believable.
I do want to mention one thing, tho. If the power is out, how did Danny turn on the radio and TV to listen to music and watch another movie? Oops!

This so sweet! I could totally see this happening, Sam trying to hide from her feelings for Danny's sake, just so that he can have any other girl in the world. But I'm glad he doesn't want any other girl, I'm glad he wants her :). This is sooo cute! I love reading all of your stories, you are one of my favorite authors on here :).

Legal age has nothing to do with what they did. Especially the drinking (hilarious by the way). Lol

Having had this and every other Christmas song drilled into my head relentlessly for the last month, I love how this was written. The act just like the song and the denial was very well played out.
