Well, about the last chapter: (I was so overwhelmed with the story that I actually forgot to comment about my favorite parts in it!) I simply loved how you described the way he looked at her. Like if she was the most marvelous thing there could ever be. Like if she was too precious to even desire. Like if he felt actually lucky to exist just so he could look at her.
I know exactly how Tauriel felt back then. It is the best feeling a woman can ever have. Honestly, every women on earth should be looked like that at least once in her life. When my boyfriend first looked at me that way, I felt that I was the light of his life. And that was the most beautiful thing that has ever happened to me.
I also loved the way you implied the dwarves' stubbornness and pride when Fili puffed his chest. I can imagine he felt offended, as if she was telling they couldn't manage the situation on their own. And you imitated perfectly the way Bofur speaks! That was quite enjoyable.
And oh, what about the part where she realized Kili had her heart? I melted.

About this chapter: Oh, how much I love the conflict mind versus heart. I found adorable that she was there to watch him while he slept. I would certainly do the same. And I can imagine how elves, that are practically hairless despite their hair, can find a stubble fascinating. It's different, and everything that's different catches attention.
How dazzled would Kili be to awake and find a beautiful, blushed elf maiden on his side, looking at him? The contrast of his large, rough hands holding her delicate and thin one should have been beautiful.
Kili is just the most adorable thing on earth. Mind if I just marry him? He is the sweetest person ever. I can't blame Tauriel for falling in love so hard and quickly.

This is the most adorable chapter I've ever read in my life.
Although I've been reading fan fiction for a long time, I've always kept my eyes on the Harry Potter Universe. It was only a few months ago, when I first watched the Hobbit movies and saw a overwhelming and tragic love story between a dwarf and an elf maiden that my heart was catch by the Tolkien universe.
And I thought that though the movies broke my heart, there would still be hope for Kili and Tauriel over here. And I was right. I only found one fanfic about Tauriel and Kili in my own language, Brazilian Portuguese. I started to read in English, and then I found this story. I am absolutely marveled by it. You write so well, I felt I was finally reading something written by Tauriel herself, or something that could actually be on the movie. I honestly hope that this one brings me a happy ending. Thanks a lot for writing it!
