This was soooo ridiculously good! I almost died laughing at Lord Vile, and I loved the scene with Veronica and her pets. Even the littler things like Anna trying to drown her sorrows in plain water made me burst out into firs of giggles. I think the bittersweet ending was perfect, too. Always leave them wanting more! Ahh, this fic was like a big hug for my soul. Thanks for writing and sharing! :D

Shame on me for never leaving a review. I first read this when the Frozen fandom was in its' heyday and have read it multiple times since then. The first few chapters are fun and silly, but then it gets so angsty! The ending always makes me cry!

Your storytelling is amazing! I reread this fic three times. It'd be so great to read a sequel now that Hans and Anna have reached a peace.

I am liking this. It was reccomended to me on tumblr, on a hansanna thing. I can't wait to see how it proceeds. I started shipping it only because of a fan theory myself! It is the one where his brains were addled by troll magic, where his feelings were replaced by greed, and inside he was begging to come out and couldn't stop himself. It breaks my heart. However me I like the theory you put in the author's note! Very interesting.

This is amazing! It has it all! Humor, adventure, witty banter, sexual tension, action, redemption. I laughed. I cried. Oh, did i cry! This is one of the best Hanna fics I've ever had the pleasure of reading, and they didn't even end up with each other! I love how Anna got a better understanding of him and how her perspective changed when rereading Love is an Open Door for the nth time. I loved this so much! This is perfection!

Bravo! A wonderful, brilliant, funny, touching story! The concept was fantastic! I loved Hans and Anna's talks and behavior to each other. I liked the weird Hans' brothers and I found the crazy Veronica a little scary! There were a lot of times you had me laughing! Smart dialogues. I liked how you described Hans' real feelings through his papers. I admit I would love to have a happy ending with Anna and Hans together but that doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it. Splendid work! Thanks for sharing!

OMG, I love this so much. I'm always a Kristanna fan but a part of me still longs for Hanna. If only he wasn't such an arse in the film, I'd probably ship it too.

Anyway, back to your fic. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I love how you explored his side on the story, yet, I like how he exchanged snarky comments with Anna.
I especially love Chapter 8. So bittersweet and so satisfying. Though I admit I want this to be longer with more of their moments. I so wish I could read King of Nowhere right now.

amazing! fantastic! stupendous! hilarious! those are just SOME of the words that describe this story. i was laughing out loud most of the way through! but when anna read his king of no where i was about to cry, at the end i was crying! i totally think you should do a sequel! i also loved the love is an open door changing! at the epilogue i actually listened to the song and compared it! awesome job! fav song! i like the part where she got the autograph, johannes liebe was a great alias.

maybe in the sequel, anna and hans fall in love but stay pure, whatever, i like hanna, but its your story, hey! i don't even know if you're writing a sequel! who am i to tell you what to write, now i'm rambling...

That was completely satisfying. I'm a huge fan of happy endings myself, and that one turned out well for everyone involved (except ... was it Prince Markolf? Maybe not so much for him ... oh, and that bounty hunter guy, who is rotting in jail ... but then they both deserved what they got).

Just a niggling little point: you need to work on your phrasing in a lot of places. There seemed to be words missing, or swapped, and sometimes it sort of got in the way of the story. And THAT is a shame, indeed.

You have crafted a novel and inventive plot, and populated it with droll and entertaining characters (I'm talking to YOU, Veronica!) that just made the story pop. Really nice work. Bravo!

Good decision, Anna. A very sound, safe, UNCOMPLICATED decision. It's good that you realize that staying would be none of those things.
