I can't believe this doesn't have a review yet. I normally don't read Suzaku fics, but I liked your FF7 stories, checked out your profile and found this. What a masterpiece! I like how everything in this story and the way Suzaku thinks is a contradiction. He's a guy who joined the army so that people wouldn't be killed. He doesn't believe that the ends justify the means, yet follows the man who personifies that very concept. He was supposed to be the Knight of White, but his hands are bathed in blood. His last act of chivalry is also an act of cowardice...

I feel like this very very short fic personified all of Suzaku. He was a man of contradiction. Almost equal to the greatest contradiction of all: Lelouch the cold-hearted Demon sacrificing his life to save the world. Yet even with Lelouch in there, Suzaku makes the most contradictions out of all the characters in the series. At first, I didn't like him cause I thought he was a self-righteous idiot. But recently, I've started to see this deep yet relatable side to him that I just can't ignore. He is a very interesting character, and I love reading stories about those type of people :D

One question though: what do you mean by the 1 word 2 syllables thing? I feel like I should know, but I'm just completely missing the point.
