This is an excellent piece of work, and there are very few one-shots that I can say are good without question.

I actually think that you could turn this into a multi-chapter story, if only to see how the rest of Scotland Yard would react to the fact that Sherlock is married to Johanna, especially Donovan and Anderson. And maybe scare them with the fact that Sherlock is a professional sniper, and a former soldier.
