Okay, I'll admit some few things first.
One, I have very low expectations of play station all stars crossovers. Usually they're like SSBB crossovers, mostly decent but hard to get used to, and there are some gems in there that I really like.

Second, by the gods and Hades this HAS POTENTIAL!

Ehem, anyway this is an interesting concept. You are using new character too while you're at it (I know these three newcomers) and keeping it fresh with them. The relationship between Peach and Luigi seems interesting as a subplot but I can see the main plot here.

One of the main highlights for me is Delsin Rowe. Oh my Gerd yes. Check out his latest trailers if you want but now he has neon powers! This fanfiction has so much potential!

I just have a few complaints.
Length and grammar. You might need to get a beta reader or recheck it yourself thoroughly since there are some grammatical errors or at least spelling errors. I know that feeling though, English isn't my second language and it took me some time to get used to grammar.

Secondly, length. Length for a fanfiction can affect how well it goes. Usually something with 1k each chapter is average. It has a 50/50 chance of being either mediocre or quite good. Usually I'd recommend to keep your chapters 2k higher. But hey that's just me. Hope you keep going with this!

Okay...three things. First: Cool story! The random mayhem and destruction was very unexpected. Anyway, I wanted to do a story for this crossover but I'm not too sure how to start. Can ya help? Second: Never truly took Daxter for a perv. But that didn't make it any less funny to read. Also, Jimmy Hopkins: Coward move bro. Coward move, even for you.(Doubt that he cares though) Third: Delsin Rowe. So THATS his name! I read about the new Infamous, yet I never saw the name of the new main character, so that was good to know. Please keep on going. P.S.: Consider me your second review on this story, since I think you deserve more than just one.
