Hm. . . This is very fascinating. I'm really curious about the world you're building here. I have so many questions running through my head right now, though probably not the ones you normally get from regular readers, and I am not an ordinary reader.

My first question is how are the Faunus going to be represented and characterized in this story? Are they already integrated in the societies of the four kingdoms like in canon or do they rule one or more of the other kingdoms or do they live separately from humans in their own societies separate from the human kingdoms? Are they in conflict or at peace with humans?

What is the technological level of this AU? It seems to me that it is fairly at a classic fantasy era, somewhat early to mid 18th century in some aspects, but more primitive in others.

What is the political state of the four kingdoms? Are they all at peace? Or are tensions mounting and war on the horizon? What is the state of the people of this world? The people of Vale to be specific, what is their status under a king who by all intents and purposes a psychopath?

What are the mythologies and legends that this AU is built upon? Since Dust is a valuable and fairly limited resource as implied so far in this story it would seem that it may hold quite a bit of significance later on, possibly may be used as a bargaining chip of sorts or maybe something else entirely. How is Dust collected in this AU, it hasn't yet been clearly stated in canon, but I would love to see your take on how Dust is collected in this story.

That and many more questions that I have about this story. It's rare that such an AU would catch my attention and imagination this much and I really like this fic because of that. I would love to discuss more with you through PMs to sate my curiosity and maybe even lend you some inspiration to continue writing this incredible start to a story.
