This was a well thought out and moving story. Good read and a realistic perspective on April's thoughts during this time. You had the characters' personalities nailed down. Top notch work. From reading your other stories, I think you're a great writer.

Just feeling a little home-sick for this version of TMNT and came across this fic.
I realize this is really old, but it really brought me back to the beginning. Thank you. What a refreshing look at the relationship. Honest confusion from a teenager that has been through so much. I'm glad Donnie is the kind of friend who understands that sometimes it's best to just listen or BE there.

This was good. You did make it seem like the reason April left was because of the danger. But then, now that I think about it, it probably supported her decision (and I remember that you wrote this before "target:april o'neil." Anyway, great job:)
