The cloned Terminators could have awkward chatroom dialogue about their observations of Xander Harris, magic, human behavior, and social norms, the clueless T-800 advising the equally clueless newcomers but still following Xander’s lead so long as he helps their primary mission.

And wireless peer-to-peer file sharing would increase the rate they learn and adapt. Enough raw data on magic and chakra might function like Ranma Saotome’s rapid learning curve or a weak copy of the Uchiha Sharingan. The closest MTG equivalent I can think of is the Sliver race and the Hive Mind spell.

Seems like Xander has a similar gimmick to the Early Edition tv series in which the main character gets newspapers for the next day and spends his day trying to prevent the tragedies that's on the newspaper. In this case Xander gets comics for the future/past tragedies for him to prevent from happening instead of Cordy's brain freeze. Also could Cordelia's vision be similar to the Slayer dreams as she's a potential slayer just that she wasn't fully activated?

Weed was made illegal in 37, with anti weed propaganda films proceeding the ban (reefer madness in 36), the original ban was deemed unconstitutional in 69, with a new law being made in 70, starting Nixon's war on drugs. Odds are Cap would be anti reefer.
