This was so beautiful! The relationships were heartbreakingly real and I even loved reading the notes at the end of the chapters. A job well done, I say.

Read the whole thing in a day and a half. Had to pause midway through to go to work and kept thinking about it while there. LOL
You did an excellent job of making me desperate to see the conclusion. I saved some of your descriptions into my writer's notebook because they were just fantastic. Anyway, I know you're never going to see a comment on a fanfiction from 6 years ago, but you did a good job. Well written. Hope you were able to get your book published after all. :)

I didn't want this story to end. It was too beautiful. It's 13 minutes past midnight and I'm here reading the story and almost sobbing. Love, love, love it! Thank you for writing it.

I don't think John overreacted. He, of all people, knows Sherlock very well. He knows Sherlock doesn't thrive on emotions and he's proved it again and again. Sherlock lives on the thrill of... what his mind can do. He's all about intellect and brains. Not emotions. Three years is LONG time to grieve, stay depressed, panic, and whatnot. Of course, it's not really Sherlock's fault, but it's not John's either. But for once, to make things right, John has to listen to him. I'm hoping it's coming soon because poor Sherlock. He deserves peace after all that he's been through.

Good job! I think my only note would be that it felt like there were way too many incomplete sentences, ones where the characters trailed off or cut themselves off. Liked the story though!

John is so selfish honestly all he cares about is how HE felt and no one else he needs to grow up.

Is this gonna be all about poor boring ass john who only ever cared about what he and he alone went through for those years fuck anyone who went through a hard time too sherlock the most.

Oh dear! Sherlock is a bit not good for certain. But at last John has found him and rescue is underway. You do write hurt/comfort and angst so very well. This is gloriously satisfying to read;-) Thank you for such excellent storytelling.

Great chapter. I love John’s reaction and the guilt he must be experiencing. Of course I want things to be set right but am loving the Sherlock angst meanwhile.

Oh dear. This is just heartbreaking. How much longer can Sherlock even survive. I mean, we think we know the answer but it’s true that in fan fiction you can make your characters unpredictable. Poor Sherlock. Poor John. I’m loving this!

All these misunderstandings! Of course, I can kind of see John’s POV but then again, I feel so bad for Sherlock not getting to e plain — which quite horribly, makes me enjoy this story even more.

I have this completely ambivalent feeling about what promises to be an angst fest coming up. But then again, I do so like stories of this type and you are one of my favorite writers.
