Now this just pissed me off. Poor Harry always give up everything and never gets a break his life has been shit. GRrrrrr! but you did write a good story. I just don't like it.

I just don't know how to say it -I'm a major Harry potter-Hermione granger fan I always felt like they should be together- there was a hole whenever I saw Harry and Ginny together like it didn't belong - you just fix that hole thanks lol

If this were declared canon that would actually give me some measure of happiness. In the books there never really seems to be a moment when Ginny doesn't see "Harry Potter the Boy Who Lived" and see Just Harry. At the same time Ron was horrible to Hermione from the start for much of the books only doing the right things at the urging of Harry and constantly deserting his friends when supporting them became too difficult.

Even Ron saw Harry as "The savior" which explains his actions fourth year not as "jealousy" but rather as fury Harry was supposed to suffer for his people not get any measure of happiness or recognition. Something Dumbledore seemed against as well.

Hermione and Harry being the only two in their inner circle that didn't grow up in the wizarding circle hearing of the "Great and Wonderful Boy Who Lived" while any mentions of his parents who actually defeated Voldemort being split apart like that and never going to each other felt often of a Dumbledore machination.

I almost hope Rowling meets a child of abuse someday. She wrote Harry into an abusive home and then had him act how all of us abused kids like to think we would act but in reality wouldn't.

In reality we trust people like Snape because while mean and rude to us that feels honest where as niceness and indulgence feels like a trick to get us to do something. We are paranoid as fuck and it's the many of us out here who read Harry Potter as a kind of wish fulfillment as an escape from a childhood gone wrong that see Dumbledore's attitude as a con.

Genuinely nice people don't kidnap you from your home and abandon you to people they know will mistreat you. In reality I doubt even this story would fully explain it. Hermione having a good upbringing might be self sacrificing enough to choose to find someone else but she still seems to confident to continue a relationship with someone who hates her. Like Ron clearly does, he never likes when she is being herself.

Meanwhile Harry would resent Hermione for acting in the greater good and end up bitter and alone unless someone finally worked at healing the wounds of his past.

I merely meant to compliment you on your story it kind of brought this out of me so there it is. The greatest compliment I can give you got a reaction. Thank you for your story.

Ok that's just insane. They could have children together as in more than one. Why the heck would they give up love for a mirage? It makes no sense what so ever for them to be that big of idiots though given wizards and witches have no common sense it could work. Seems like that backward world finally wrecked them.

The mechanism for your curse doesn't make sense.

Why did Kingsley not offer surrogate? Harry and Hermione can still have children using their egg and sperm and in vitro fertilization with a pureblood surrogate mother. As muggle born and half blood who lived in the muggle world, it is not probable that Harry and Hermione doesn't know this common procedure.

The child WOULD be born from pureblood WHILE being the real child of Harry and Hermione. Harry and Hermione CAN be together and have their healthy biological children.

Once again, with the child issue taken care of above and they can have their biological children, Harry and Hermione can have sex all they like, they just can't marry.
It's doesn't make a different if contraception is used and people know the reason why Harry and Hermione can't marry.

That's just ONE option that I saw, there are many others.

So the way Kingsley doesn't offer help to beat the curse or alternative isn't "good" because there's at least one option available for Harry and Hermione. There can be many more. He seems to want to make Harry and Hermione choice the "marry" pureblood option.

So I dislike Kingsley. Given the possibilities for Harry and Hermione to be together, have Harry-Hermione children and the actions of Kingsley, he is very likely to be insidious and manipulative.

While I like the pairing, this story is really wrong, sick and doesn't make sense.

The curse by Voldemort doesn't make sense and Shacklebolt is really sick and bigot.

I am going to explain why, please read the whole thing before thinking that I am just hating the author.

Does that mean that ALL children not born from pureblood stock will not reach adulthood?
If it does, then there will be no MUGGLEBORN OR MUGGLES ALL OVER THE WORLD.
This will mean that all half blood, muggleborn or muggles will die before they reach Hogwarts. What about those muggleborn that is about to go to Hogwarts?
What ABOUT THE ENTIRE MUGGLE WORLD?

If Voldemort has the power to create a curse like this-then he has KILLED ALL MUGGLE muggleborn CHILDREN. It's like he WON THE WAR OF GENOCIDE against the Muggles as within around 100 years, all muggles will die ALL OVER THE WORLD.

The curse isn't just aimed at Harry and Hermione. If it works all over the world, it works ALL OVER THE WORLD. If it doesn't, then it doesn't work on Harry and Hermione anyway. And Shacklebolt is just wrong-evil.

Once again, THERE ARE MUGGLES WHO HAS THERE WEDDING NIGHT ALMOST EVERYDAY OF THE YEAR. What about those halfblood and muggleborns who choose to marry each other all over the world?
That doesn't make sense. If Voldemort has this kind of power, he would have killed Harry and ruled the world already.

Also, with a spell that effects all muggleborn and Halfblood like this, WHY WOULDN'T Shacklebolt, as the minister of magic, TRIED TO GET CURSEBREAKERS TO BREAK THE CURSE.

Harry is at least equal in power to Voldemort, with a lot of help and effort, it should be possible. This is especially true considering Voldemort is dead. Just look at the example of the defense against the dark arts curse.

So why did Shacklebolt just pretty much tell Harry and Hermione to marry the Weasley instead of being with their real loves even without marriage?.

Why did Shacklebolt try to guilt trip Harry and Hermione by "not let Voldemort win" and you pretty much have a duty to pass on your strong wizarding gene?
What about the sacrifices of Harry and Hermione, who fought so hard in order to have a LIFE afterward with the one you love?
If Shacklebolt is righteous, he can also say that Harry and Hermione can "not let Voldemort win" by not being apart from the one your really love instead of being coerced into another relationship.

But most importantly, why did Shacklebolt ask them to be with the pureblood instead of looking for ways to BEAT THE CURSE?

Even if Harry and Hermione, marries purebloods, the curse would STILL effect others all over the world! MOST OF THE POPULATION OF THE WORLD WOULD DIE FROM THIS CURSE. If the curse can be beaten, then why can't Harry and Hermione be together?

Also, why doesn't Shacklebolt just ask Harry and Hermione to just not marry while being in a relationship and help them find pureblood surrogate to sire their own children IF SHACKLEBOLT THINK Harry and Hermione's genes are so important. Being heroes and likely rich-see Harry's vault, why shouldn't some pureblood volunteer or be hired to sire their children?

So either the whole thing doesn't make sense or Shacklebolt is evil.

Therefore I think this is wrong and this story is bad because of the many issues with it.

But the Weasleys are pureblood...
Oh, well. I like this anyways. :D
