i am from germany and let me tell you: it's pretty wrong...
i don't know if you're interested in correcting it, but if so, that would be the right way:
waitress: Hallo, mein Name ist Anna und ich bin heute Ihre Kellnerin. Haben Sie zwei sich schon entschieden, was Sie bestellen möchten?
Alec: Ja, wir hätten gerne die Pfannkuchen, danke.

so, you were pretty close, but for me (as a german) it was without real sense and super funny :)
