I thought it was good, really good. Like you I would like Lisbon allowed a little more freedom to act on her emotions. Now I think the story line allows both Jane and Lisbon to do just that!

Oooh, this is so good! I love everything about it! I love the arguing and the kiss and the heartache of walking away. I love your author's note at the end and I totally agree. I love Jane, but he was a douche and she needs to stop burying her hurt feelings. Plus, I think they would both enjoy Jane cutting her off with a kiss. ;)

I loved this! Yes, she's forgiving but they are going a bit overboard with that (it's getting a bit unbelievable). This is Lisbon. She is badass and doesn't take anyone's shit. She used to stand up for herself more. I love that they are closer but what? Now he's back and she's supposed to be like: thanks Jane for getting me a job with people who don't actually want me and in fact I don't like them.

I really liked your story and I also would love to see her respond in such way, just like you said everyone has their limits. What I wonder is how are they going to approach the fact that Lisbon lives in a different city. I wouldn't like it if they lived apart.

Also, she's had so much time to think- all the letters and the upheaval in her life could easily have had her scrutinising her priorities...etc. so I def. but her having enough of game playing and laying one on if this could only happen in the . A great tag! And I do not think that Lisbon was OOC - I'd rather say that her behavior was very much in character. I do can imagine that she has changed during the last two years and that she would be the one doing the first step.

That's a scene I would have loved to see happening on the show! And it wasn't OOC, it was great! The way they wrote here in 6x09 was OOC, I can't believe a strong woman like her would sit around for two years reading his letters and then when he comes back just sit there and smile happily at him. She definitely should have snapped at him, at least once, at least for a second.

I usually make it a rule never to read a fic that says the "summary sucks", because it usually says a lot about what's inside... but this proved me wrong. Your summary is great, and so was your story. :)
