Binging this story while listening to Leaves From The Vine by Samuel Kim literally had me in tears.

Anyways, this was a amazing story and a in depth background for Lu Ten that would've made a amazing miniseries or even just a comic for him.

PS: This is my new headcannon for Lu Ten since we know so little about him :P

This was really good. It makes the Last Agni Kai so much more heartbreaking.
It also shows an interesting yet sad part of Azula...or rather you just read her character perfectly and managed to merge what you wrote with how she acts in canon. This was very well written and I guess it's a good thing I'm reading it so many years later. I would have been agonising about what happened next!

really love this story and azula is my favorite character, this story just makes her more awesome. i hope you do a sequel where azula finds out the truth about Lu Ten that if was Ozia who poisoned him with his yu yan archers and maybe it goes AU and azula turns against her father to get revenge and starts a civil war in the fire nation and then there would be three sides Ozia, azula, and the avatar and his team all fighting each other, could make a really good story anyways i hope you do a sequel of any kind really, it would make me happy hope to see more form you.

Poor Azula. I was hoping for it to end after the series at some point. go AU from some point. Good story though.

I always feel absolutely awful for Azula, like literally nobody loved her, except Lu Ten, and even that mighty not be canon. It's not really surprising she went insane with everyone calling her a monster and hating her, and in her fathers case, well he's worse than her. This was a brilliant fic. Makes you wonder what she would think of Jun. Thank you for writing this, it's honestly one of the best AtLA fics featuring Azula that I've ever read.

Azula was surprisingly sweet in this chapter, she really did love Lu Ten.

This is a very well written story! I like the character development you had for Zuko and Azula. The way you had Lu Ten interact with them is simple amazing.

One thing I did notice was that you originally said that this would be a three chapter story. There is only two chapters and the last update was ten months ago. So, are you going to finish this story?! I really hope you finish! Such I good story deservers a ending.
