Happy Thanksgiving!

In a lot of ways, this feels like a true happy ending for Captain Marvel and his relationship with Superman - not just in how this finally resolved what I could only now call a truly divisive episode, but also a reconciliation between the fans of DC and how things have been going over the years. Here, we see the heroes of DC as they really are and have been to many people for generations - not one-dimensional, "edgy because it's somehow better" and bitter jerks, but unique, flawed, but still amazing and wonderful people that are only doing their best not just to live as good people, but also to protect and inspire everyone else.

In other words, thanks for reminding us of what superheroes are popular FOR. With all that's happened, it's an amazing commodity and a necessity to find light when there's storms around.

I would love a scene showing them having Thanksgiving Dinner and maybe another story of Superman getting Billy a good place to live like with Uncle Douglas

It's surprising how satisfying this story feels, despite the fact that, physically, very little really happens in it. It's that nice simplicity to it all that adds to this story's charm and value. Don't exactly read the comics, so I don't exactly know who Max and Mrs. Beck are, but that didn't hinder the story for me. It's also really nice to see Superman take advantage of his secret identity like this, and the talk between him and Captain Marvel felt pretty real and easily relatable, which is always a plus. Great story. :)

I always blamed Captain Marvel for the Clash. I always wonderer why the Wisdom of Solomon never worked when it's needed to see through Lex Luthor's setup. It could be nice to see little Billy's face when he realized that Superman was right and Lex never intended to turn a corner.

This was an excellent read. I'm glad to have someone address what happened in that episode. When I first saw it, I wasn't sure the significance of Captain Marvel and how he's practically Superman's equal in terms of strength, speed, endurance, etc. This really was great to show that even the likes of these two titans admit that they were wrong. Great job again.
