I want to cry this chapter is so good. And this time it does seem to be in your writing. The past few chapters put a little bit too much emphasis on the archaic language. This chapter didn't seem to have that effect. Awesome work!

Gahhhh... One of the best AU's I've read. Plot wise. And I love how you have kept so many of the BSG characters and their pasts in this story. However, the writing style, while I do love the archaic language, does not seem like it is in your writing style. There are many parts that do seem like they have been written by you, but much of it does not. I am curious as to who is writing this story?

Swoon-worthy sexy time for Bill & Laura!

Despite having vapors over such a romantic interlude, Bill's mention of his shooting incident with a Cylon has me wondering... Are Cylons in this story Steampunk-era versions of Centurions, or are they just a warring faction of human people? Or maybe pirates? I can totally see all the Cylon models we love and hate, dressed in swashbuckling garb!
