great story, I agree with you completely they had better, without hesitation, believe in him and his innocence (unless he did kill the guy ...for a good reason). Deeks is the heart and soul of the show and all the best story lines are about him. Anyway before I go all man crush about Deeks, I love your writing and I look forward to what your take on this story is going to be.

If your watching the show you already know he is not guilty. The shows were aired out of order. He is innocent still with lapd Joelle callen probably not to together nor is kensi and deeks. God people need to pay attention. But on a better note this chapter was great and I can so see kensi being a bitch and acting this way. Awesome update.

I am totally agree with you ! But in my mind "but if" he has not joined the NCIS would they have though the same ? (I am French girl so I hope you understand what I mean). I am agree about Kensi and Sam have been accused of murder before and Deeks has stood by them. Faith is a good thing and in fact, if Deeks kills everyone, I always think "He must have got a good reason !"

I think this is probably what many of us expect to happen - and why not? It is Kensi's M.O., after all. Deeks backs her 100% without question, always has. It's always been more of a one-sided partnership, although since declaring to go all in with Deeks, she has been better in that department. Can't wait for the episode to air!

And oh, by the way...nice to read something new from you!

Lovely little view on this and thanks for taking the time to write it for us. If this IS the attitude that the team gives him after his arrest, then I really hope Deeks takes a stand against the blatant double standard that they use on him. I'm hoping the sneak peeks are designed to give the wrong impression about what really is happening in the episode (I don't trust them; never have) and that his friends, teammates and lover will give him the same undeterred support that he had always given them. If not, then they deserve whatever they have coming. Semper fi!
