One thing I'd like to correct - katanas aren't the best swords for stabbing - they're made for slashing (which is why katanas really aren't the BEST SWORD EVER that people like to paint it to be.) It requires less skill to wield a curved sword and the best swords for cavalry are curved (if against unarmoured or partially armoured opponents) - but swords as a whole aren't great for cavalry. Straight swords have better reach and thrusting power (i.e. can get through armour better) and it's easier to stab through the gaps in armour with a straight sword. Straight swords are, comparatively, terrible at slashing compared to curved edged swords (which include leaf shaped blades (these have a shorter range than a straight blade of the same mass).

Really good. I like the unique origin of deadpool and how you worked him seemlesly into the story. You were true to his character, but I feel like you could have made him a bit more callous with the well being of others. Perhaps the lab had tried to train him to be more efficient and quick to adapt to situation, but because of his healing factor he takes on a needlessly reckless personality yet brutally efficient. Perhaps they trained him to ignore the pain, but because of his healing factor his nerves never dull and every injury feels like the first. Perhaps he was taught about the world and various science, math, history, electronics, etc to prepare him to adapt to any situation. Perhaps through the cold, brutal, and torturous conditions he grew numb to terrible situation. Perhaps as a result of his isolation (and other horrors) he has grown severely depressed and is excited to finally have friends(what he perceives as friends), but he's horribly awkward, no tact, annoying, etc (you know... Deadpool). Perhaps he's never seen a girl his own age and is a needless romantic to every female he meets. These are just my thoughts though, your fanfic's got me thinking now(which is a good thing). Hope you keep writing, cause I hate when I find a good story and it ends in a cliff hanger.

Your deadpiol doesnt act crazy it just seems like an act which isnt in deadpools character . also deadpool doesnt care bout pain he's been through so much he just wise cracks and jokes away the pain he has extremely high pain tolerance like better than wolverine.. Also you have him thinking too clearly when deadpool mainly just reacts or does things on a whim or with just a general outline of his end goal and gets there in whichever wsy he randomly chooses.
But i do like the idea of him being as crazy and smart as the joker but making it seem like he just stubles into these solutions like "accidently" break a fire hydrant to take out some one like live wire or electro.
