So how is Harry's Magical Education going? Does he have like weekly tutors of something? I wonder if he's noticed the Tsuna has a seal? Though I doubt that if he did he would probably make his healer or one of the Goblins make a house call.

As an even bigger 'screw you' to the British government he should have his voice record saying 'open' in parseltongue and send the Goblins to go and pick up Harry's 'Conquest' Basilisk.. Its worth a fortune!

I wonder if Harry could talk the Goblins into building his own underground now that he will own a house and land? Not Gringotts deep obviously but a few sublevels that are all different. One for a magical garden/plants, one for certain (endangered but no dragons or giant spiders, ect.) magical creatures (like Newts suitcase), oh, one with like its own hot spring, one with a reinforced training ground, one for emergency food storage (BC as an abused kid sent unlawfully to prison food would probably always be a thought at the back of his mind, a containment level (what if he mets an injured werewolf, vampire, ect.), a dorm level (what if nuclear war happens or the Zombie/Inferi Apocalypse), a kitchen/dinning room level, an entertainment level, a MASSIVE library, with Magical Books being in a closed off area, a tech (technomancy) level.

Place the entire underground level under Fidelius Charm and maybe his some way of recreating the Marauders Map on first a Basic level (The underground city (lol), then Namimori, and eventually the WORLD! Bwahahaha! OK maybe not the World but at least Namimori.

I hope that you'd be able to continue this at some point!

When you said one story, were you talking American or English? Like a ground floor and the first floor or just the ground floor?

Harry totally confusing the real estate lady is so funny. Now if she hit the wall or the door before exiting the house would have been more funnier. Will he find out more about the curse that Reborn's under?
