It's not bad but I think you write them a little too excited. Digg is very mellow for the most part, but you write him very exciteable. I can understand him asking Felicity if she's okay and encouraging her to talk to him, but he's not as over zealous as you wrote. Felicity too. She does babble but not quite to this degree.

Lastly, be sure to separate your dialogue. When you had her and the landlord talking, it was all in one paragraph. You should start a new line for each person talking.

Example:

"I hope you take this as constructive criticism," the reviewer said.

The author nodded. "I'll take pity on you because I know you're trying to help me improve and see my potential."

"Great! Good luck with your future writing."

"Thanks!"
