Reeeeally getting Joker-Harley vibes with how quickly Ayame wrapped herself around his finger, and how he really didn't seem to have her high in his priorities. He seems to treat her like a trophy wife AND an abusee, truly the worst of both worlds. Mmmmm, that's some good villainy.

Kinda confused as to what went down at Kai's place. Maybe that was the point. However, I do think Akitsu's emotional moment would've worked better if she'd reacted in dialog instead of narration. It's one thing for a narrator to tell us the reason why a character is emotionally struck; it's another to see it play out. Half of that breakdown could've been put into dialog, the normally stoic Akitsu getting all kinds of loquacious upon losing such a treasured item.

You have some pretty good skill with writing and I'm sorry for not mentioning that before. I've made a grave mistake as a human being in not giving acknowlegement to someone else's skill. Plus, I'd be a hypocrite if I said that it wasn't decent.

Wow. Such... variation. It's truly staggering.

It's almost like it was blatant story promotion. It's not unheard of that fanfic writers either pay people or ask their friend(s) to put in a ton of short, mindless positive reviews for stories just to give added bulk to the reviewer count.

It's not that bad of a move, to be honest. People DO tend to veer towards stories with more reviews than others. It's pretty damn strategic and smart.

BUT.

It's annoying when it's done in such an obvious way. Even an idiot could easily tell that these names have a singular theme.

It's a good thing I read reviews before I read the stories themselves. I couldn't give two fucks about the mindless "positive" reviews, I only look for those lengthy constructive ones. Those are the ones that give true substance.

Ikrani was the ONLY reviewer that I acknowlege as a legitimant reviewer. You can tell he had issues with choices made by the writer but he chose to stick with the story reguardless. Those are the kind of "thinker" reviews I look for.

Sorry for not reviewing in so long, I just kind of caught back up. And, I had to reread the chapters in order to better understand it.

Really hoping that Minato can get through to Homura, and Kai can get through to Yomi and they can rescue Chiho.
