this is so beautiful... one of my favorite post tp zelink fics I've ever read, bar none. I particularly liked the fact that link had more support as a suitor and was even suggested for it, it's refreshing from the more common "council noes not allow zelink marriage because he's a commoner" plots. not that I particularly hate them, but it's lovely to see another take on it, especially when the rest of the fic is so damn wonderful. thank you so much for writing and sharing this.

Wow. That was not only incredibly sad, but a wonderfully well-realized interpretation of Link and Zelda after Twilight Princess that both tugged at the heartstrings and ended up being heartwarming. I feel that the title of "The Sad King" really would fit a widower Link. Good job!

That was beautiful. The way Link and Zelda humorously communicate with each other, her death in childbirth (which was quite depressing), sacrificing his desire to see his wife alive again for a greater cause, and their reunion in the hereafter, all of it was just so brilliantly done. You sir are an excellent fan fiction writer, and I cannot wait to read your other stories.
