I never thought I'd find a fic where Draco is less in the wrong than Hermione.

Okay, I really like the premise here. I love stories where they date, there's a huge misunderstanding, bad shit happens, and then they reunite by chance. But, seriously, Hermione took some stupid pills a couple times. Maybe it can be blamed on the battle and pregnancy, but I don't feel like you've lead me to believe that that is why. I just can't suspend my belief enough.

Still, it's good enough for me to keep reading :)

Hermione is usually very logical, so her reaction there at the end doesn't quite fit in my mind. Unless you're chocking it up to stress and such after the battle.
