It figures that Kakashi would know of the "Uchiha Clan's" way of missing someone. Also, I agree wholly with the distinction you made between "protective" and "possessive" - too often, people mix up the two and I really don't see why possessiveness or obsessiom should be labelled as something good and "romantic". So, well done! I love the tender atmosphere you created between the two lovebirds, and Kakashi was just the crowning touch, ahahaha. Also, that last one-liner - yaaaasss, bonsai trees!
