Yes, it takes Minerva a little while to realize the rest of her staff is concerned about Severus being attacked, doesn't it? She's so focused on Harry, and always has been, she could never see Severus as a person anyway. And she didn't know Harry visited Snape every day the summer that Severus was in St. Mungo's-which means she didn't visit at all.

Wait a minute, do you have that cartoon with the Hogwarts staff at the beach? Hagrid's hugging his new friend the hammerhead shark, Snape is under a canopy with a collection of potions, clearly there at wandpoint, Pomona is taking her little mandrakes for walkies...email me and I'll see if I can find it if you don't have it already.

I see what 'arrange my potions' is going to mean in their relationship from now on!

What a lovely wedding! And if you get a group hug from Molly and Arthur, well, both Harry and Severus are Official Weasleys now (and the rule is, once you have been a Weasley you can never leave).

Simmons is in deep trouble, and only now knows it.

Zimmer, however, is in worse-while Harry and Severus are gallivanting for the summer, the story will come out while Molly has leisure to contemplate the violence done to one of her children (yes, Severus is maybe only ten years younger than she is, but piffle, that means nothing to Ma Weasley).

I am a bit surprise that the garden gnomes weren't pressed into service, though-at the very least they could have sung a couple of choruses for the happy bride and groom.

I hope Kingsley roasts Simmons over a spit, since the other trainees clearly took their cues from him (that being said, I'm glad that Harry and Ron were able to watch each other and protect each other, instead of being alone and ganged up on the way Snape was).

Excellent chapter, and no, ending up right where you did was a good idea. No ire, just a minor bit of whining...

I love how you combine their conversation with their love-making, it gave both a nice touch.

For all that Minerva knows she needs to back up Snape, she's really quick to revert, isn't she? I don't see Snape and Harry there at Hogwarts for the rest of their lives, frankly. But she is trying to deal with the Zimmer issue as best she can.

Zimmer is an idiot and a stalker-though I found Flitwick's justification total BS-they did put Snape through hell, and it's better now, but that will still be an issue that will probably never quite go away. Still, not Zimmer's place-without Albus there, Snape can't be treated the way he used to be treated, because he can leave if he doesn't like it (something the rest of the staff is quite aware of now).

Harry is dealing with his issues with the help of Ron. And the Aurors will never, ever see him again.

This was just... perfect. You balanced the boys well as always keeping them them while still bringing them together and changing their fate. Your original characters were substantial and fully fleshed out lending strength to your story instead of take from it.

Wow I really loved this story! It's the first one I've read where Harry doesn't run off at the first outburst. I really enjoyed the love aspect of this story especially Severus' point of view. It was refreshing. Off to check out the other stories!

I like the way that Harry is planning things, especially for bugging out of Auror training at high speed, but with dignity. It's interesting that Vaughn notices that Harry and Ron are on high alert, but probably won't change anything because he needs Simmons.

Hermione is a good observer about that calendar. And now it's time for her to break out the multi-colored Post-Its!
