Guest chapter 1 . 4/1/2018 Wish we had got sam asking deeks about the will thing becaise this was honestly way to focusex round kensi it's bullshit how every Deeks fanfic is so focused round her yet alpt of kensi fanfics have no focus round deek or callen or sam. Poor deeks has no real Fanfics out their cause everyone is too busy putting so much focus on kensi. Just like the show lately got so bored of the show focusing on her i came to fanfics hoping to find some good Deeks focus but even they are wrapped round Kensi's little finger UGH! |
Guest chapter 1 . 3/12/2018 Hated how kensi treated everyone especially deeks shes so selfish |
typroctor-ewaguy chapter 1 . 9/6/2017 I knew he was smart when he first announced he was a lawyer. I think Kensi likes him a little more than she is letting on. What do you think Tinkerbelle? |

Avid Reader chapter 1 . 12/7/2013 I liked this. The team doesn't always give Deeks enough credit for his abilities and experience, and this would be another example. They have to know that he's smart given his background (law school and the bar) but he *does* tend to play the goofy surfer role enough that it's understandable how they might fall for it. And, as Sam said, that's something that they probably should have realized even without the test results (and it was great that Sam owned up to it). You did a really good job with the interactions between the team, especially Sam's teasing of G and Deeks, as well as Kensi's ultra-competitive nature making her want to study for the tests (I had to laugh at that part). You also did a great job with her reaction to Deeks' results as well as his disappointment in her - very much in character. And an IQ that's more than 3 standard deviations above the mean (assuming they're using one of the standard ones like the Wechsler)? That's pretty damn impressive. One thing that confused me, though. Hetty said that one of them had a truly eidetic memory (she also questioned if it exists - it does, Hetty, absolutely), and therefore they would be working on honing their memory skills. If his memory is truly eidetic, I'm not really sure what kind of training/honing they could do, given that he pretty much can recall anything he's focused on and wants to recall. Perhaps they'll work on allowing him to recall information more quickly, or even in the presence of distractions? Not quite sure, and it's definitely a minor point, but I was curious. Looking forward to more of your work. |
