You made him be a weird alien hybrid? Or, Paws did anyway. What is with that? Can't we just have something where he gains it along the way? Or where it happens to more than one person? Is that too much to ask?

Thank you, I was very saddened to here that this story would disappear while you regain your muse, by the way I hope you find it, relatively soon but it's your business, I thank you again for taking the time to take this story as far as you have and I wish to see more of this in the relatively near future, no rush, I want it to be good, anyways, until you update again.

I would suggest you not take it down and here's why:

1) many of us enjoy rereading a fic, even if it's never going to be completed. Those who get frustrated with you will simply take the story off their list.

2) if you take the story down, you lose the following of readers that you already have. All those positive reviews that sometimes draw new readers in will all be gone. You have to start completely from scratch, and sometimes new readers aren't as interested as your old ones were.

3) If you take it down, someone else can easily steal your idwa, and you have no proof against them.

4) we all understand what you're going through. We really do. I have multiple stories waiting to be finished, but writing Ok n them feels so daunting, as if my readers won't be happy with whatever I write, as if I'm not as good as I used to be. I can tell you that that is not true. In the immortal words of Bayverse Optimus Prime, "We are here, and we are waiting (patiently)." So ignore the reviews that are "When are you going to update" and "update please!" And start a new story. If this one ends up discontinued because you like your new story, okay. Fine. Just start writing again. Write and know that we will love anything you give us.

I'd rather you not take it down so other people can read what you have and be inspired by it, but if that's what you feel you have to do...

I'd be more than happy to take up the reigns of this story, though I'm afraid that my own writing skill will bog it down.
