Overall, a good chappie. Double agent/webs within webs plots are always good. So, here are some things I REALLY need to see in Season 2:
1. Please turn the heat up a notch...or several. Make the stakes higher, the near-misses closer, the plots bigger...I think you see where I'm taking this. We, your readers, don't want to see more of the same and that's where a LOT of writers crash and burn when the do sequels. For the love of God, please take us to NEW places with everything amped up a LOT more.
2. MORE VADER! I will DIE if I don't see the next phase of Vader's search for Yoda. That is my FAVE part of this season, and if you don't do something with that, you are paying for my therapy if not my funeral. You have been warned.
3. Please let us see more of Luke's self-Jedi training. You know, VERY few authors touch this. This is a great chance for you to go into seldom explored areas. We know Luke became this GREAT Jedi, but we very rarely see HOW. Please go there!
4. I miss Han and his crazy antics. I need to see more Han crazy mayhem-this is a great 'turn the heat up' creator. Just a suggestion...but seriously, please do this. It would be epic.
5. More Vader! Since this is all pre-Executor, please show us your take on HOW Vader went from charred Mustafar Jedi to scary-as-hell-dark-Lord complete with his own bad a$$ ship. Maybe have an episode where they start designing the super class destroyers in general?
6. More Fett/Luke. Yes, mentioned this already, but plllllleeeeaaaaaase have this happen. And since we know from the new 'Vader' graphic novel series that Fett was instrumental in Vader discovering Luke is his son, there's an open window for creative license there, if you opt to take it.
7. More Luke learning more about his father. I mean, his father's Padawan is right there. We know that Luke idolized his father, we all saw how mind-and-soul-crushing Vader's fateful "No, I am your father," was for him. But I doubt very much that that level of reaction would stem alone from a couple pieces of information he got from Obi-Wan. In Ep 4 Luke knew pretty much nothing about his father. Ben gave him a couple snippets, but for Luke to be sooooo devastated implies he learned more along the way before Cloud City. The question is: where? Well, if in this fic Anakin's apprentice is Luke's partner, per se, the answer is kinda obvious. So, please explore that territory also, if that's at all possible. :)

In regards to your reply to my review of the last chapter. You definitely should check out the books they are so much better (Though there are a few small details the show does better shaes character is a good example). The first book actually got a 20th anniversary illustrated edition this year so if your going to start reading the books you could go get that edition. There are also some short stories and novellas set around 100 years before the events of a game of thrones you could also read.

Anyway enough abot game of thrones. Good final chapter for season 1. Looking forward to season 2. :)

I liked the variety in this. We got to see a LOT of characters, and that was awesome! Also, we got Vader! And not only Vader, but Vader fighting! Woot!
So, I'm happy that Ahsoka got to meet her parents, that added some emotional depth to the story and seeing her struggle to decide if she would stay or go is great. Seeing our heroes torn gives so much more dimension than just "we have to fight the bad guys and save the day." I think it's part of why Empire Strikes Back is so beloved: we see all of our favorites fighting not only battles without but battles within as well.
Fett in action and of course, getting away is fantastic; I hope we see more Luke/Fett confrontations in the future. You know, them building a severe rivalry would REALLY help explain WHY Fett in Return of the Jedi was so easily taken out by Han. If over the years he and Luke had built a super bitter rivalry, that would explain why he'd lower his guard so completely just for the chance to take Luke out. **Just a thought there! ;)
Also, the fact that Vader is actively on the hunt for Yoda is soooo freaking mind blowing! I just about fell over at the Hom/Vader interrogation scene! That is sooo cool! So please, lots more of that!

There's one thing I would like to know. How come Boba Fett doesn't recognize Ahsoka? They did meet in the Clone Wars
