Urgh it's probably just me. As much as I like the Allmother in Canon I find that I dislike the instant easy connection she and Loki have in fanfics despite him being raised on his homeworld. A little resistance, suspicion and friction would be lovely. He's not a prisoner but I'd like for him to be aware that he's behind enemy lines and should be on guard even when faced with a charming all knowing woman like Frigga. It burns me! Through ranting. Despite this I love this fic. This is how I imagined Loki would be if he'd been Laufey-raised

You know, I was really wishing that Loki had killed, or at least maimed, Thor a bit, who is acting like an ass!

I am slightly ashamed to say I abandoned this story a little while ago, it was nothing to do with your talents, more like i disliked the idea of Loki having brothers other than Thor. I can see now I was very wrong. Its a brilliant story and Im absolutely captured by the entire thing. Do update soon! Kudos!

excellent chapter! glad to see this story still updating- ive been a subscriber since the early chapters, and out of the many, many, MANY thor fics i've read, this one always stands out as one of the most unique.
