I just wanted to say, that in Japanese, Hikari is the girl form of light, and Hikaru is the boy form.

I can't say that I understand what's happening... at first they capture them and then they try to kill them? But... why?

Haha and Im surprised you didn't know about 2P!Hetalia but still wrote quite an accurate description of them. I don't really know all of the 2P!Hetalia personalities.
I guess Im gonna explain based on what I know (may not be 100% accurate)
2P! Hetalia was originally just another colour or character design of the original characters. But the fandom just decided to interpret them as the opposite personalities of the original characters and/or the more evil side of the characters.
Sorry if it was confusing to you but I would suggest you to search around what it's about because Im not 100% sure either.

Please write a sequel! I'm not a yaoi fan, so if you write one I'd appreciate it if you didn't add any... just my opinion. And add 2p England! He's my favorite 2p. I've heard his cupcakes are supposed to taste good, but he poisons them. The 2ps are pretty much exactly like you describe; the opposite of the regular nations. Again, PLEASE DO A SEQUEL! Thank you!

((Erm, I don't mean to rain on your parade, but these "Not-countries" seems to have many similarities to the 2p Hetalia countries. Can't you just call them 2ps instead of "Not America" or "Not Belarus?"
