I enjoyed this study of Sydney that you have put together. I think you did well in your delving into his potential reactions. The ending was mean, but the fact that I think so just shows that you did a good job of engaging your audience. ;)

I may be fairly new to this fandom but I KNOW good fic when I see it. This is VERY VERY VERY VERY good fic. There are no words to describe how good this fic is. I'm floored! What a fantastic story! I thought the first chapter stood well by itself, but was happy to link to chapter two. I was hooked like a marlin as soon as I started it, and found myself in tears at several points. The ending is as daring as it is powerful. Magnificent story by a magnificent author. Bravo!

This is a wonderful story! I wish I could offer you more feedback but I am having trouble finding things to criticize! Instead, I will say that I really appreciated how you dug in deeper with this story... I have enjoyed reading your vignettes but it's also nice to read stories where the author digs deeper into their understanding of a character. Thank you for sharing it with us!

I love the story, but killing Sydney is uncalled for, give the man a little rest kay? (I demand a sequel, where Sydney is still alive! Please? Pretty pretty please.) Other then having Willie kill Syd I dig the story! Bring sydney back to life!

Excellent story all the way through, and liked the distress Sydney had in the restarting of the Pretender Project, and finally getting Jarod to help rescue the kid. The ending was surprising, along with the character who's point of view it was.

O my god no you killed Sydney. Boo hooo hooo..sobbing. Other than that it was a extremely good story. Keep up the good work.

I think the Centre is about to find out the HARD WAY that when Jarod makes a decision to take the Centre down, IT WILL go down. And I think that both Ms. Parker and Syd are going to escape, along with the young protege.
