I really enjoyed this one-shot. It's a neat twist on the time travel theme. I think you've captured a realistic, fun, and loving version of Hermione and Ron. I like the references to watching Remus and Sirius and feeling connected to them. Well done!

I want to read Hermione's year in 1977.

Excellent! Loved the character study and the little snapshot of life a few decades after their Hogwarts years. I would also love to read the actual 1977 story, but then that might just be overly frustrating (reading about Hermione's daily uncertainty), so maybe this was better. I don't know! This was a short, sweet, interesting oneshot that had some mystery to grip me and enough fluff to make me happy. Thanks ;)

I must say this was down right hilarious!

That was surprisingly enjoyable! I was worried that having the story be relayed entirely through dialogue would be awkward but you managed it perfectly. Ron's prank at the end was priceless. You had great character moments. Thanks for writing such a quality fic!

You want opinions so here's mine, yes they stay in character, yes you have them well written, yes your grammar and spelling are truly spectacular, yes your explanations are well thought out... But... What was the point of the story? She somehow mysteriously went back in time and did... Nothing. And was proud of doing... Nothing. And accomplished... Nothing.
Again, just my opinion, if you have all these reasons why time travel can accomplish nothing, then why did you write a story about it? I can't wait to read something of yours that contains... Something.

My thanks to Kristen for making you do it as well because this is just awesome. A time travel fic were we never see any of the action and only the aftermarth. I love your explanations of time travel and why things can't be changed - because they've already happened. Ron's ears going just a little pink in embarrassment - awwww.
I don't even know where to start because there is so much to like. Hermione and Ron seem perfectly in character, the idea is brilliant (I already said that didn't I, meh, it is!) The bit about Pansy was really well done and gave it a little lift of humour after quite a serious bit and the idea of Hermione pointing Lily in the right direction of the spells to save Harry and defeat Voldemort were just inspired.
The condensed retrospective is just fine BTW - I just noticed you asked that, right at the bottom. That's what makes this story so unique.
One of the things I find interesting about PoA is that if Harry and Hermione had already saved Sirius, exposed the truth and defeated the dementors - what was their motivation for going back in the first place - just to save Buckbeak on the misassumption that he had been murdered? Technically they surely was absolutely no primary reason to justify Dumbledore telling them to use the time turner. This was a very interesting read and I loved it. It will go into my favourites right away :)

I found our fav couple to be completely in character ;) Ron will always be Ron-that slight immaturity of the Weasley boys yet so strong and brave as Hermione's husband :)
