This is such a heartbreaking chapter! And it really sucks when people like how Charles and Erik are now go through problems like this because of their sexuality, even when things are changing now for the better.

But right now, my heart burns in pain for these two! Raven was right, this is Romeo and Juliet! In a way!

Okay, first it humors me that Scott Summers and Jean Grey are the adults, while Erik and Charles are the teens. And Sebastian? Friends with Erik? Very interesting, and I can definitely see the cruelty he bares when he beaten my poor Charles to a pulp.

Second, its surprising how Erik just suddenly broke down on Charles, and the two ended up in a very sexy makeout session. Love it!

Third, I couldn't stop smiling when Erik saw Charles in his room, doing his 'business'. I mean, I thought Charles saw him through the mirror, and just bravely chose to give Erik a show without a second thought! Lol I had to reread the paragraph three times before understanding what was happening.

Anyway, can't wait to read more of this completed story! :D

I can't believe this is happening. I'm so invested in this version of Charles and Erik and I want them to get out of that town and thrive! So far absolutely loving this fic.

That was wonderful. I've never read a story with so much passion and heartache that turned out so wonderfully. I'm glad they didn't end up like Romeo and Juliet after all.

My only issue and I know this is completed but maybe some line breaks or something when a scene changes. Like in the library then when Hank is admonishing Charles about Erik is a bit confusing. That's just an example where a line would be nice.

I'm sure you've read along and you've figured out why they couldn't just text , email or communicate in any other way when they were parted ;) It would not be the same because they would just try to either find ways to rebel or it would just make a mess of things. And lol of course for dramatic effect they did not try to meet for a period of time because along the way, Erik changed his mind and wanted to make himself worthy of Charles and make it big like he had dreamed about that was why it took so long before they got back together. I have said it before and I will say it again, this fic was not written to be feasible or realistic. It's a fanfic meant for entertainment...any way you can take it :)
