Such magnificent build up, the panic, the uncertainty, the way the duplicated memories and personality come through so strongly but what is an identity but memories and experience forming the mind? The sudden realization from all sides, and the sudden stabbing agony that brings-!
AHHH I JUST WANNA SCOOP THIS LOST BOY UP IN A BIG FREAKING HUG AND TELL HIM IT'S OKAY!

This is one of my favorite stories ever. I've read it 4 times at least and it get me every time!

So the suspicious first person narrator made me think almost from the beginning that it's actually a clone, but gradually over course of the story I started thinking that it might be the true Danny after all... until they rescued him (well, both of them) and then it started being suspicious again... aaand suspicions confirmed! It's a freaking Tomato in the Mirror!
Poor guy, I hope they later found and and helped him... adjust, somehow...

IT'S NOT DANNY THATS REALLY THE CLONE OMG THIS IS THE MOST AWESOME PLOT TWIST EVER...
but I wish Danny clone had stayed...

Nuuuuu! I had a feeling this would happen, but damn it's much sadder in actuality.
Now I wanna know what happens to poor clone Danny! He obviously thinks he's Danny, has all his memories and feelings. He's gonna have one heck of a time figuring himself out.
Tho he does remember who Dani is, so he could probably go with her. Would make sense, two clones that don't really belong anywhere, belonging together.
I do hope Danny Danny tries to find clone Danny, try to work things out.

I love it! So he saved Danny 1.0 from Vlad. Nice, I figured it out as soon as Sam acted weird.

So the Danny pov was just a clone and the other one he saved is the real one?

Oh! This was so good! And yes I got the twist. In fact, I kind of suspected it from the beginning, especially ainceDanny is dealing with memory loss. Ahh! This is still so good, though! You are an awesome writer!
