One of the few good stories in the NBC fandom. well done.

I gotta say I really like this story. There (sadly) aren't many fics on how Sally was created and/or the way she met Jack and most of the ones that actually exist either play the characters WAY too OOC or make up scenarios that go against the whole plot/happenings of the actual movie, which urks me to no end. I'm glad to say you're one of the few who, in my opinion, got it right. And I'd like to thank you for that. Seriously, this is definitely one of my favorite stories for The Nightmare Before Christmas, thank you for such a wonderful development on it.
So congratulations on a very successful story, and may there be many more in the future!

This story makes me smile. I really like the feelings you explore as a first impression.

I think there were a few times where perhaps things got a bit verbose, but the portion of Finklestein's brain helped explain that. There was one paragraph near the beginning (starting "In the future...") that I found rather confusing, I'm afraid. I like the idea of the patches pulling her different directions, but that this is a future feeling she's not yet discovered makes the narration seem... disconnected with this portion of the story. The explanation feels forced. Perhaps move it later, or don't worry about explaining that bit so much.
