I'll try to go back each chapter to convey more specific thoughts but for now, here's my adoration and gratitude. I mean it's rare to see completed (or incomplete but almost done) SnK canon divergence fics.

The writing of this story was spectacularly done. You've definitely put forth the effort and time to gain your writing skill. I also loved that it wasn't obsessed with romance and making out. That seems to be what most of fanfiction is. But mainly I'm just amazed at your ability to work with emotionally stunted characters that I've always struggled to understand how they would hold up any relationship and you make it, not only realistic, but you make it work. I'll be reading this again just so I can more closely examine your descriptions and way of handling. Thank you for the wonderful read.

Realmente estoy feliz de poder leer esto y terriblemente arrepentida de no poder comentar en tu idioma. Pero mi capacidad con el inglés es limitada y quería expresar lo que sentía en toda plenitud. Así que, espero que puedas traducir este comentario de alguna forma.
Simplemente maravilloso. Así puedo describir tu fic. Fue todo lo que buscaba en una historia, con mis dos personajes favoritos como protagonistas. La forma de narrar me atrapó por completo y ningún capítulo fue aburrido en lo absoluto.
Temía que la historia no tuviera final y me lamenté cuando terminó.
Estuve a punto de llorar con el reencuentro de Mikasa y Levi, tenía un nudo en la garganta.
Me sorprende la capacidad de crear tal historia cuando en ese entonces no se sabía mucho en el manga. Hoy en día, casi termina y tu historia es un oasis en este desierto de espera.

I think you did a great job in portraying what Mikasas life would have been like if she grew up with Levi and I enjoyed the small changes you made to both their character because if it! Could you share something, if you ever kept even a sketch draft or just the overall idea, about the three chapters that you had planned beyond this one that you mention in the end?
I would be really very very curious to see this, even if it's just some ideas thrown in a hurry, because the end leaves me a little thirsty lol.

I would have, kind of thousand things to say about your fanfiction and how fucking awesome it was (I must have spent two sleepless nights to read it, something like that) but it would be very long to read and maybe not necessarily an interesting contribution since you've got already a lot of reviews.
This story was really well built, and I think the way you led your characters was so well done that it even surpassed, in terms of individual character development, SnK's original story. At least in my opinion.

If Mikasa had really been saved by Levi, I have no doubt that things would have happened pretty much (since the story of Levi wasn't yet released necessarily there are some differences but it do not really count) exactly this way.

At first it surprised me that you do not support more than that how similar they are, as much in terms of initial characters as traumatic past lived. But in fact you have kept it and little by little, this similarity and this effect at the same time of mirror due to their mutual influence but also to their nature, ended up becoming more and more invading until the narrative triumph on it on that and I really enjoyed that.

Idk how you did it too, but you also managed, while Mikasa didn't live as a child with Armin and Eren, to restore the dynamics of the EMA trio by making them meet later. Armin and Mikasa are always bros, and they subtly fill their reciprocal needs, Armin and Eren have the same reciprocal influence as in the general history and even if here Mikasa necessarily has a less maternal side than SNK's original Mikasa, the tension romantically, Mikasa's determination for Eren and the warmth Eren brought to Mikasa was beautifully transported and I really loved it.

OMG, Hange 3 is an angel fallen from the sky thank you for not reduced her to the mad scientist of the group and to have also portrayed so well her empathic capacity.

I'm really impressed. This was published in late 2013 so the story of Levi, and even the Uprising Arc weren't drawn yet. However you guessed so many accurate things ! That Levi did enter in the SC because of his hatred and his willing of killing Erwin, the way Hanji and him met and started to get along, but especially his full name ! There wasn't the slighest clue of it yet, but you've touched on a lot of very good points in the story, and I find it amazing how far you've come, at a stage where fiction was not yet highly developed, to guess the sons of the plot ! It must have made you feel funny reading all this in the manga of seeing that you had sensed so many things. x) And also, congrats for the very poetic and striking style, as for the prowess of having embodied the characters in a way so likely, you really have a gift to feel the essence of a story in any case and it's truly a pleasure to read you.

It's incredibly well written. I have never read a fan fiction before because I thought it was just a kind of fantasy of young teenagers, but someone advised of your fanfiction on tumblr, and the title caught my attention.
Unlike many fans that I see you have surrounded all the blackness of Levi and his character in its greater depth. No it is not a choir boy who wants to dedicate his life to the good of humanity, it was Above all, a rogue with no other purpose in life than to survive others without hesitation to kill people. The scene was very well conducted, and the mix between horrifying violence and the slight ray of hope that transpires is really beautiful. Thank you for writing this!

I loved every single bit of this fic. I've mentioned this a lot of times in my previous reviews, but your portrayal of the characters are so creative, unique but still very faithful to how they are supposed to be in cannon. The idea of the whole plot itself is amazing, and boy, you did deliver.
I appreciate all the details, thoughts and emotions your carefully drilled into this story. Even your eloquence in writing is amazing and praiseworthy. I'd love to dwell and find out more about what happened afterwards (especially Levi and Mikasa reunion and heart to heart) but it was also a good call to end it here, as it paints an melancholic yet hopeful picture-a theme that was depicted all through out the story.

I love how you wrote their backstory-your attention to details is outstanding. Here are my favorites: the history of how Levi became a clean freak because of the disease he caught, the friendship between Erwin and Levi, Erwin's cool demeanour even as a child, young Levi actually smiling at his foster family, the brutal slaughter, and Levi's Ackerman skills awakening, and finally, Erwin and Levi having a heart to heart.

This chapter was a masterpiece.
